Action Planning

Once you have undertaken a Waste Audit, you can develop an Action Plan to reduce waste. This short interactive module will take you through the key steps to running an audit of food and plastic waste with your pupils.

Pupils, in cooperation with teachers, parents and school staff, will develop an Action Plan of practical steps leading to the reduction of the amount of waste created in the school. The school's Action Plan can be presented to the whole school. The school will continuously evaluate the implementation of the plan, linked to regular Waste Audits, and publish the results.
